Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery usually take?

  • Star Citizen ship, ccu, paints, items orders are usually delivered within 20–30 minutes. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 12 hours due to order volume, RSI gifting limits, account status, or manual verification requirements.
  • In most cases, we do not allow ship deliveries to exceed 12 hours unless there is an exceptional issue such as RSI system limitations, account restrictions, or required customer verification.

Is my ship order protected?

  • Yes. Security and reliability are our top priorities. All ships sold by LTI Hangar come from our own inventory, with no external sellers or unknown third-party suppliers involved.
  • Each ship order is handled with clear delivery records, allowing the delivery process to be reviewed and traced if support is ever needed. We also provide 6-month after-sale protection for eligible delivery-related issues.
  • This level of own-stock control, traceable delivery, and after-sale protection is not commonly offered by many third-party marketplaces, which is why many customers choose LTI Hangar for safer Star Citizen ship purchases.

What is the 6-month after-sale protection? Why Other Marketplaces Cannot Offer This?

  • In the extremely rare event that an issue occurs with an item during delivery or within up to 6 months after delivery has been completed, we will conduct an investigation. If it is determined that the issue was caused by our fault, we will provide either a replacement or a refund.
  • To help us review the case accurately, you may be required to assist us by providing relevant evidence, such as RSI Hangar screenshots, order details, and RSI Hangar Log records.
  • The RSI Hangar Log can help track the status and history of each ship, including whether the item was claimed, exchanged, melted, transferred, or otherwise changed after delivery. We will review the evidence you provide to determine the cause of the issue.
  • This level of protection is not commonly offered by many third-party marketplaces because they often rely on external sellers or mixed inventory sources. At LTI Hangar, all ships come from our own inventory, and each order has clear delivery records, allowing us to provide safer and more reliable support.

Can I request a refund after claiming the ship, ccu, paints, items?

  • Once the RSI gift has been claimed, the ship, ccu, paints, items becomes bound to the receiving RSI account. Due to the limitations of the Star Citizen gifting system, a claimed ship normally cannot be gifted again, returned, reversed, or re-delivered. For this reason, claimed items are normally not eligible for cancellation or refund.
  • A correction, replacement, or refund may only be provided if we confirm that the issue was caused by our side, such as a wrong item being sent, an order delivery error, or another verified delivery issue caused by us.
  • Before claiming the RSI gift, please make sure you are logged into the correct RSI account. Once the gift is claimed to the wrong account, it normally cannot be moved to another account.

What happens if the wrong ship, ccu, paints, items is delivered?

If we confirm that the wrong item was delivered due to our error, we will review the case and provide a correction, replacement, or refund where applicable. Please contact us with your order number, checkout email, and clear screenshots of your RSI Hangar.

Why are the names of the Star Citizen ships I received different?

Standalone CCU'ed is a complete ship or vehicle. It is not an upgrade! CCU'ed simply means that it was created by upgrading a smaller ship or vehicle to the one you are buying. Please also note that in the gift email, only the ship that was used as the base for upgrading will be named. Please don't worry, the actual ship you will see in your hangar will be the one you've ordered.

For example, this is how a CCU'ed Polaris looks like in hangar on RSI website.

Aegis Sabre Peregrine Standalone Ship Gameplay Guide

The Aegis Sabre Peregrine is a Flight Ready single-seat racing variant of the Sabre chassis, built for Star Citizen players who want high speed, Sabre-series styling, Aegis engineering, and a focused racing experience instead of a combat role. It is not a stealth fighter, missile fighter, EMP ship, cargo ship, bounty ship, or daily utility ship. The Peregrine is best understood as the racing Sabre: a military-born Sabre chassis stripped and tuned for speed instead of weapons.

Official RSI material describes the Peregrine as the fastest Sabre model ever conceived, using bespoke thrusters, optimized engines, and an engine-performance booster to push the Sabre platform toward maximum straight-line speed. Current reference data lists it as a Flight Ready, single-seat racing ship, with 1 crew, 0 SCU cargo, and current speed reference around 267 m/s SCM and 1,447 m/s max speed.

The safe product-page positioning is simple:
The Sabre Peregrine is the Sabre you choose for racing and speed — not for weapons, cargo, stealth combat, or all-round practicality.

Build Your Aegis Racing Fleet with the Sabre Peregrine

The Sabre Peregrine is a good choice for players who like the Sabre shape but want a racing-focused variant instead of another combat fighter. It works best for speed lovers, Aegis collectors, racing pilots, and players who want a fast ship with a very clear identity. If you are looking to acquire this Aegis racing ship, you can explore our available options in the Star Citizen Ships and Vehicles Collection.

Core Gameplay Racing, speed runs, time trials, Aegis collection, high-speed flight Best for players who want speed and Sabre-series collecting, not mission flexibility.

Note: Star Citizen racing balance, speed values, component behavior, ship tuning, and event usefulness can change between patches. Treat exact live values as current gameplay-reference information rather than permanent final numbers.

What Makes the Sabre Peregrine Valuable?

The Sabre Peregrine is valuable because it takes a recognizable Aegis combat frame and turns it into a purpose-built racing ship. The standard Sabre is about stealth-fighter combat. The Firebird is about missile strikes. The Raven is about EMP / intelligence flavor. The Peregrine is about speed.

Official RSI material describes the Peregrine as a Sabre chassis refined for speed, with bespoke thrusters and optimized engines pushing straight-line performance into a different place from the combat Sabres.

The Sabre Peregrine is not the most practical Sabre. It is the speed-focused Sabre.

That is the core buyer message. Do not sell it as a hidden combat fighter. Sell it as the racing Sabre for players who want speed, style, and Aegis collector appeal.

Racing Gameplay Role

The Peregrine’s main role is racing. It is designed for pilots who care about acceleration, straight-line speed, racing lines, quick reaction, and clean control at high speed.

In practical gameplay, the Sabre Peregrine fits several roles:

Gameplay Use Why the Peregrine Fits
Racing Its official role is racing / competition.
Straight-line speed runs RSI highlights it as the fastest Sabre with optimized engines.
Time trials Good fit for players who enjoy shaving seconds off routes.
Aegis collection Adds a non-combat Sabre variant to an Aegis fleet.
High-speed personal flight Good for players who simply enjoy fast ships.
Showcase / event flying Distinct from combat Sabres and visually recognizable as a racing variant.

The Sabre Peregrine should be described as a racing ship, not a stealth fighter.

Speed and Engine Performance Booster

The Peregrine’s main selling point is speed. RSI’s official description emphasizes bespoke thrusters, optimized engines, and an engine-performance booster. Current reference data lists high speed values for the ship, with 267 m/s SCM and 1,447 m/s max speed in current reference data.

The Peregrine is for pilots who want the Sabre shape, but care more about the finish line than the missile lock.

This is the simplest way to separate it from the standard Sabre and Firebird.

No Weapons: The Most Important Buyer Point

The most important expectation is that the Sabre Peregrine is not a combat Sabre. RSI’s Q&A notes the Peregrine as a non-snub racing ship without weapons, and current reference material emphasizes its racing role rather than conventional firepower.

Buy the Sabre Peregrine to go fast, not to fight.

This protects customer trust. A buyer who wants weapons should compare the standard Sabre, Sabre Firebird, Sabre Comet, Gladius, Hornet, Arrow, or other fighter options.

0 SCU Cargo and Limited Utility

The Peregrine has 0 SCU cargo in current reference data. That means it is not for hauling, delivery boxes, trade loops, mining, salvage, medical gameplay, or practical daily cargo work.

The Peregrine gives you speed and style, not cargo value.

If a buyer wants a practical daily ship, they should compare Avenger Titan, 300i, C1 Spirit, Cutlass Black, Zeus CL, or other utility ships.

Solo Gameplay Expectations

The Sabre Peregrine is a single-seat ship. Current reference data lists 1 crew, which makes it simple to use for solo racing, personal flying, and collection.

The Peregrine is easy to understand: one pilot, one cockpit, one purpose — speed.

There is no gunner, no co-pilot, no turret operator, no cargo handler, and no support station. The full ship is in the pilot’s hands.

Sabre Chassis, Racing Purpose

The Peregrine still looks and feels connected to the Sabre family, but the purpose is different. RSI describes the original Sabre as a space-superiority fighter designed for a lighter footprint, while the Peregrine takes that Sabre chassis and tunes it for racing speed instead of battlefield combat.

The Peregrine keeps the Sabre silhouette, but changes the reason you fly it.

That makes it useful for collectors who want every Sabre variant, but it also means combat-focused buyers should choose carefully.

Real Player Use: Where the Peregrine Feels Good

The Sabre Peregrine feels best when the player wants speed as the experience. It is not about mission flexibility. It is about enjoying the ship itself.

The Peregrine is the ship you fly when the route, the timing, and the handling matter more than the reward payout.

A practical Sabre Peregrine session should feel like choosing speed for its own sake, not trying to force a racing ship into normal mission work. The pilot takes it out for time trials, racing routes, high-speed flying, event practice, or collection-focused use because the handling and speed are the experience. With no conventional weapons and 0 SCU cargo, the Peregrine is weak for bounty missions, delivery work, trade, or daily utility. In real use, it rewards players who already have practical ships and want a focused Aegis racer, not players looking for a stealth fighter or all-round Sabre.

  • missile combat, choose Sabre Firebird.
  • special combat edition, compare Sabre Comet.
  • EMP rarity, compare Sabre Raven.
  • cargo or daily utility, choose a practical multi-role ship.
  • dedicated fighter gameplay, compare Gladius, Arrow, Hornet, or Sabre.
The Sabre Peregrine is valuable because it is a focused racing ship, not because it replaces the combat Sabres.

Single-seat simplicity. No crew gameplay or turret support.
Bespoke thrusters and engine-performance booster. Speed focus comes at the cost of weapons and utility.
0 SCU keeps the role clear. No cargo, delivery, trading, or practical mission storage.
Clear Aegis collector appeal. Less useful if the buyer only wants practical daily gameplay.
Distinct from Sabre / Comet / Firebird / Raven. Buyers must understand it is not a normal fighter.

Who Should Buy the Sabre Peregrine?

The Sabre Peregrine is best for players who want the fastest Sabre variant, a focused racing ship, or a unique Aegis collector piece. It is especially suitable for Sabre collectors, racing pilots, speed-run players, Aegis fans, and players who already own practical ships but want a ship that exists for speed and style.

It is also a good fleet piece for players who already have combat and cargo covered. The Peregrine does not replace a fighter or daily driver. It adds a racing role to a fleet.

Players who want combat should choose the standard Sabre, Firebird, Gladius, Arrow, or Hornet. Players who want cargo should choose something else entirely. Players who want luxury racing should compare the 350R or M50. But for buyers who want the Aegis Sabre racing variant, the Sabre Peregrine is the more direct choice.
